CBPE Capital LLP (“CBPE”) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Rodericks Dental Group Limited (“Rodericks”) to CapVest Partners. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Rodericks is a leading provider of NHS, private and specialist dental services through its practices across England and Wales.
Under CBPE’s ownership, Rodericks has grown revenues and EBITDA significantly and has expanded the number of dental practices from 71 to 143. The Group has also enhanced and expanded the services provided over the last few years and now supports over 1.4 million patients across the UK and employs over 1,600 people.
Significant investment has been made into all areas of the business including the head-office and practice support functions, the systems and processes, and the labs to support best-in-class services for patients as well as making the Group scalable for future growth.
The Group continues to have a high quality clinical focus and is highly active in training and developing both existing dentists and the next generation through offering foundation training.
