CBPE Capital (“CBPE”) has acquired OH Assist from Atos IT Services UK. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
OH Assist is one of the leading occupational health services providers in the UK delivering both occupational health services and employee advisory programmes to government organisations and corporate clients. The business delivers a comprehensive range of services including health surveillance, vocational rehabilitation, mental health and trauma support, absence management and wellness programmes, as well as a full range of diagnostics and treatments. OH Assist employs over 300 occupational health practitioners based throughout the UK and in 2015 provided health advice and assessment services to support over 1 million employees.
OH Assist is focused on helping organisations deliver Healthy High Performance™ – working in partnership with clients to create a workplace culture that recognises employee wellbeing as being at the heart of business success. CBPE is backing management’s expansion plans to further build on OH Assist’s market-leading position, providing an increasingly enhanced suite of services for clients. CBPE’s investment in OH Assist continues its strong track record in supporting the healthcare sector and helping to build strong, sustainable businesses. The current portfolio includes Medica Reporting which is the market leader in teleradiology and Assisted Reproduction & Gynaecology Centre (ARGC) the leading fertility clinic in the UK.
