CBPE Capital Invests In Rodericks

CBPE Capital (“CBPE”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in Rodericks Dental Holdings (“Rodericks”) alongside the founder and CEO, Shalin Mehra. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Rodericks is a leading provider of NHS, private and specialist dental services and owns 71 practices in England and Wales. The business is headquartered in Northampton and employs more than 750 people.

Rodericks is differentiated in the UK market as the largest dental business which is managed by dentists. This ensures that the company has a strong clinical culture with first class treatment of patients at its core.

CBPE is investing in Rodericks to support management’s growth plan which focusses on continuously improving the high quality of care provided to patients, increasing the number of practices within the Rodericks group and broadening the range of dental services offered.

With its investment in Rodericks, CBPE continues its strong track record in supporting the healthcare sector and helping to build strong, sustainable businesses. CBPE’s current portfolio includes SpaMedica, providing leading ophthalmic services, Optima Health, the largest occupational health services provider in the UK, Medica Reporting which is the UK market leader in teleradiology, and Assisted Reproduction & Gynaecology Centre (ARGC) the leading fertility clinic in the UK.

CBPE’s investment in Rodericks was led by Anand Jain with support from Tom Biddle, Rupert Parker and Ben Lewis. Anand Jain and Tom Biddle will join the Board of Rodericks.
